Project Finance of UMTS & Role of Vendors

Hello,

my name is Julia, I am a German student currently in my final year of European Management studies and doing research on project finance with a focus on telecommunications and UMTS.

Does anyone have information on how companies have structured UMTS as project finance (who are the participating parties, how do they contribute, which general contracts exist etc.)?

I would also appreciate any ideas or information on the special role vendors are playing in the "Project UMTS".
